I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

I had occasion to call Brian Slattery Plumbers very late in the afternoon to repair the upstairs radiators at my daughter's home. She had a 3 day old new born baby in the house so the call out was urgent. The lady in the office fully understood the situation I was in and within the hour Craig was on scene and made a very swift repair restoring heat to the upstairs radiators. We have been using this company on-and-off for the last 10 years and find their services to be always very professional and customer service impeccable. We recently had a faulty cistern in our toilet, and I contacted the company through Messenger (on Facebook) on a Monday evening, not expecting to hear back from them till the following working day, but my message was replied almost immediately, and I was told that they will get back to me once they check their schedule at the office. Sam was sent over to look at the fault, and we were informed he had to order some parts in order to fix the problem. Stefan then came over to replace the faulty part for us in no time. All this time, Siann and Bianca were excellent and very prompt in responding to my messages to them. All was done very quickly and most importantly, efficiently. I feel very satisfied and confident dealing with them over the years because through their professionalism and assurance, I can see that they are very experienced in all things relating to plumbing and heating.
